Butter - Reformer

Intentional and rich, focusing on deep connection to body awareness. A beautiful, melty way to begin your day. Foundational reformer work emphasising the mind-body connection. Focusing on awareness, control, form and alignment in a meditative, intentional environment. 

A great place for new students to build their understanding of the repertoire, and a wonderful class for exisiting members to expand their skills.

Club Sandwich - Tower

A unique combination of tower, mat Pilates and small apparatus to enhance overall body mobility, in a group class setting. Utilising a variety of resistance springs, this class is designed to lengthen and strengthen your body while improving overall flexibility and balance. 

Recomended for students looking to diversify their understanding of the Pilates repertoire and add a new challenge.

Espresso - Reformer

Fun and energetic, with a focus on strength and form. A shot of coffee first thing in the morning. A full body class focused on building strength, co-ordination, form and control. Exploring mobility through multiple ranges of movement for enhanced body awareness. 

Recommended for students with reformer experience. 

Happy Hour - Circuit 

A fun hour exploring all equipment, focusing on building body awareness  through multiple ranges of movement. Build balance, strength, co-ordination, form and control. 

Circuit classes are kept to a 3 student maximum. 

Tiramisu - Reformer

Tiramisu - Rich and intentional, with a kick. A fusion of our Butter and Espresso classes for the optimal evening treat. We will focus on exploring mobility, strength, co-ordination, form and control while focusing on deep connection to body awareness. 

This class caters to both new comers and existing members.
