At Body Language our goal is to teach individuals how
to take control of their health and well-being through the Pilates method of fitness creating a whole-some person
of sound mind, body and spirit.
Body postures can speak volumes about ailments, discomforts or physical limitations we may have. It
can also portray a state of mind whether we are happy, sad, anxious or afraid. This is the language of our body.
