Beginner This class will teach you basic movements of Pilates with emphasis on proper biomechanics. Good for students just starting out or those who want to move at a slower pace.

Beg./Inter. – This group lesson goes beyond the fundamentals adding more exercises that will challenge your strength, flexibility and coordination.

Intermediate – This group lesson works at a faster pace incorporating exercises in the mat series that require more balance and strength.

Pilates on the Ball – This mat class uses a fitness ball that will challenge your sense of balance and take your Pilates workout to a new level.(inter. level)

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel an appointment, you must notify Body Language, Inc. at least 24 hours in advance in order to not be held responsible for full payment of the missed appointment.

All group classes are one hour long.
*Package of 10 lessons must be used within 4 months of purchase date.
